Although variegated ivies are common, this particular. Hedera helix is not naturally this pale. It is showing chlorosis, a condition where the leaves loose their colour but the veins remain green. It can be caused by various nutrient deficiencies , most often iron or magnesium, that inhibit the production of chlorophyll, the pigment that gives leaves their green colour. If not too advanced, this condition can be reversed.
