Image Licensing and Terms of Use

Country, Farm and Garden supplies digital photo files for use in publications, advertisements, websites, etc. Unless otherwise requested, images are supplied as 300ppi Adobe 1998 RGB TIFF files, unsharpened and at moderate contrast. For information on getting the best from our images click here. Currently we do not sell prints.

Our terms and conditions are very simple. Simply order the size of image you require using the direct ordering buttons found on each image's main page or the lightbox. Once you have licensed an image you can use and re-use it without having to pay any additional fees. Should you require exclusive use, this can be arranged for images that are yet to be licensed to anyone else.

Payment is usually made via credit card, e-check or PayPal before delivery. Should you prefer to pay on invoice just contact us via the form below to request this. Downloads are not instant, but the delay is only brief.

All images on this site are subject to copyright and may not be used for any purpose other than for compositional layout checking (comps) until licensed. You must not distribute or sell the original digital image file(s). Your credit card payment confirmation and/or sales invoice is your usage licence, so remember to save it and print it.

Some images may be used only for editorial purposes and where applicable the image page carries a notice stating this. If you wish to use such an image for advertising or another commercial endorsement please contact us and we may be able to arrange such use.
