Foden Trucks
This a page of stock pictures of Foden trucks. Edwin Foden was a co-founder in 1856 of the Hancock & Foden, an engineering firm that went on to build steam engines, including traction engines and steam lorries. Known as Fodens Ltd after 1902, the company switched from steam to diesel in the 1930s. Fodens fell into receivership in 1979 and was taken over by PACCAR in 1980, with new Foden trucks being launched in 1983. In the late 1990s Foden and DAF shared components but the current lines are distinct entities.
