Valtra Tractors
A page of stock pictures of Valtra tractors. Although this Finnish company was formed by the 1993 acquisition of Valmet by Sisu, their tractors did not carry the Valtra name until 2001, four years after Sisu became part of the Partek Group. Prior to the Sisu deal Valmet, which had been producing tractors since 1954, amalgamated with Volvo BM of Sweden in 1979, with Volvo BM Valmet becoming the pre-eminent Scandinavian tractor brand in 1983. Since 2001 the Valtra range has expanded considerably and been marketed more heavily, specialising in offering a wide range of custom options, including a wide range of colours.
