GPS Controlled Tractor

A series of images from a demonstration of a very sophisticated Global Positioning System (GPS) controlled tractor. This tractor is equipped with multiple GPS units that allow the onboard computer system to accurately judge direction, speed and attitude. The entire tilling and sowing plan can be programmed into the computer and the tractor can be left to run the course. The operator is really only there to fine-tune the system and in case of emergencies, such as loss of the satellite signal.
