Rugosa Roses

A page of stock pictures of Rugosa roses, which are cultivars or hybrids of Rosa rugosa, a very hardy species found in Japan and nearby parts of mainland Asia. It has lush, glossy foliage and will thrive in coastal conditions. Most Rugosas have blooms in the pink to purple tones or white and flower in late spring only. A few may repeat in autumn and many produce colourful hips.
