Acaena - Bidi Bidi
This a page of stock pictures of bidi bidis (genus Acaena). Widespread throughout the temperate Southern Hemisphere, especially in New Zealand and South America, Acaena is a genus of small carpeting plants of the rose family. They have lobed leaves that are coarsely toothed and held flat to the ground. The flowers are largely insignificant but are followed by seed burrs that can be quite colourful. In gardens they are used mainly as rockery ground covers.
