Hypoestes - Polka Dot Plant

Stock photos of Polka Dot Plant (plants of the genus Hypoestes), a group of around 40 species of evergreen perennials and shrubs found in southern Africa, including Madagascar, and Southeast Asia. The genus is best known for the Polka Dot Plant (Hypoestes phyllostachya), a popular house plant because of its strikingly variegated foliage, which is dark green and covered with small pink or white dots. Its flowers are not especially showy but those of other species are often larger and can be quite colourful.
