Homalomena
Stock photos of plants of the genus Homalomena, a group of around 170 species of low, clump-forming evergreen perennials. They are found in the tropics, from South America through the Pacific Island to Southeast Asia. Members of the arum family (Araceae), they have the typical spathe and spadix flowerhead, but are probably grown more for they farm and foliage, the leaves often being variegated on the upper surface and brightly coloured on the underside. Outside the tropics they are usually seen as house or greenhouse plants.
