Helianthemum - Sun Rose, Rock Rose
Stock photos of Sun Roses (plants of the genus Helianthemum), a group of over 100 species of evergreen and semi-evergreen subshrubs that are spread through the northern temperate zones. They are mainly low, spreading plants with small, simple, sometimes downy leaves on fine stems and in spring and summer they are smothered in tiny, often brightly coloured, 5-petalled flowers that resemble tiny single roses. They thrive in warm, well-drained positions such as dry sunny banks or rockeries.
