Eriobotrya - Loquat
Stock photos of loquats (plants of the genus Eriobotrya), a group of 10 species of evergreen shrubs and trees native to East Asia. They have large, pointed elliptical leaves with toothed edges and downy undersides. Panicles of small, white to cream flowers open from downy buds and are followed by rounded fruits, yellow to orange-red when mature, that are sometimes edible. The most widely grown species, Eriobotrya japonica, is often cultivated as much for its ornamental vales as for its edible fruit.
