Stock photos of Winter Aconite (plants of the genus Eranthis), a group of seven species of tuberous rooted perennials found in Eurasia, with some naturalised in North America. They have peltate leaves that form a ruff of foliage around each of the buttercup-like flowers. These small woodland plants bloom in late winter and spring and are charming rather than spectacular.
