Cupressocyparis - Leyland Cypress
Stock photos of Leyland Cypresses (plants of the hybrid genus Cupressocyparis), of which there are three types resulting from crosses between Cupressus macrocarpa, Cupressus arizonica and Cupressus lusitanica with Chamaecyparis nootkatensis. They are quick-growing evergreen conifers that are popular for use as windbreaks and hedging, as the remain lushly foliaged almost to ground level and will withstand regular trimming. There are many cultivars, especially of XCupressocyparis leylandii.
