Crossandra - Firecracker Flower
Stock photos of Firecracker Flower (plants of the genus Crossandra), a group of around 50 species of evergreen subshrubs and shrubs found from tropical Africa, including Madagascar, through Arabia to India. They have simple deep green leaves, usually pointed oval in shape, and produce spikes of small 5-petalled flowers, often in bright shades or red, orange or yellow. They are easily grown in warm frost-free areas and make good house or greenhouse plants elsewhere, although they do require a bright position.
