Fiddleneck, Scorpion Weed - Phacelia
Stock photos of Fiddleneck or Scorpion Weed (plants of the genus Phacelia), which is composed of around 150 species of annuals, biennials and perennials found from southern North America to northern South America. One species, the Fiddleneck (Phacelia tanacetifolia) of California and Mexico is often cultivated as a field crop to provide seed for use in integrated pest management programs. The Fiddleneck attracts parasitic wasps that are used to control whiteflies among greenhouse crops.
