Currants and Gooseberries - Rubus
Stock photos of currants, gooseberries and other edible fruits of the genus Ribes, which occurs naturally over much of the northern temperate regions. There are around 150 species and they are mainly deciduous, sometimes thorny shrubs, though a few are evergreen. They produce their small flowers singly or in heads and the foliage is often aromatic, sometimes with a slightly unpleasant scent. Currants cultivated as ornamentals can be found in the Ornamental Ribes section.
