Chlorophytum
Stock photos of plants of the genus Chlorophytum, which although best known for the Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum) includes over 200 species of perennials that are spread through most of the tropics and subtropics. They are a variable group, usually spreading by rhizomes and most often cultivated for their foliage, which is often interesting coloured or marked. The flowers are usually small, not often brightly coloured, but sometimes abundant. Several species are commonly grown as house plants.
