Camassia - Quamash, Camosh, Camass

Stock photos of Quamash or Camosh (plants of the genus Camassia), a group of 5 species of bulbous-rooted perennial found in North and South America. They form a clump of narrow, somewhat grassy leaves, form which emerge flower stems topped with heads of 6-petalled flowers, usually in yellow to blue shades or white. The main blooming season is late spring.
