Echinocereus

Stock photos of plants of the genus Echinocereus, a group of around 45 species of low, shrubby cacti native to Mexico and the southwestern United States. They have cylindrical stems, usually with relatively few but sturdy ribs. The flowers, which can be quite showy, develop mainly on the upper areoles.
