Agonis
Stock photos of plants of the genus Agonis, a group of 4 species of myrtle family evergreen shrubs and trees from Western Australia. The genus is best known for the Willow Myrtle (Agonis flexuosa), which is a small to medium-sized weeping tree with long sickle-shaped leaves. It could easily be mistaken for a eucalypt until it produces its distinctive inflorescences of cream flowers. This genus used to include the popular needle-leafed species Agonis juniperina, but this has now been reclassified as Taxandria juniperina and several other species have also been moved to Taxandria.
