Stock Photo: Peperomia caperata Image ID CFG8694     Emerald Ripple (Peperomia caperata), an evergreen perennial that is very widely grown as a house plant. Its natural distribution is unclear, though it is probably a native of Brazil. While it freely produces its short white flowerheads, it is mainly grown for it heavily textured leaves, which are borne on red stems. This may not be the only image we have of this subject.
