Rosa 'Charlotte' (syn. 'Elgin Festival' [('Chaucer' x 'Conrad Ferdinand Meyer') x 'Graham Thomas']), a fragrant English Rose raised by Austin of England in 1993. It has an upright shrubby habit and can grow to 1.8m tall. The flowers are centifolia style with up to 100 petals.
