Picture: Black Nightshade or Common Nightshade (Solanum nigrum), a widespread weed originally native to Eurasia but now naturalised through most of the temperate zones. Its white flowers are followed by rounded black or yellow berries that are toxic but which should not be confused with Deadly Nightshade (Atropa belladonna).
