Stock Photo: Camellia 'Lady Clare' Image ID CFG6118     Camellia 'Lady Clare' (syn. 'Akashigata'), an old Japanese Japonica cultivar that was imported to the United Kingdom in 1877 where it was renamed 'Lady Clare'. It is early-blooming with large flowers that often show flecks of white to pale pink and which may have the occasional petaloid stamen. The bush has a lax, somewhat weeping habit.
