Picture: Lilium nepalense, a summer-flowering bulb native to the Himalayan region and found from Bhutan and Nepal to northern India. It usually carries one to three of its nodding flowers per stem and grows to around 1 m high. Because of its stoloniferous habit its tends to form a clump of widely spaced stems.
